I ordered some of my Chanel Allure 100ml EDP when it arrived it was a complete fake, the bottle was not genuine , it smelt odd and the colour was too dark. I managed to ring them and expressed my disappointment and requested a refund, they said if I returned it they would give a full refund. Well, guess what . . . no refund, no reply to my e-mails, what an absolute con . . these people should be struck off the website for fraud. So leave well alone !!
