I ordered a cat litter box. After a week I received an email saying that the item that I ordered were unavailable, I responded asking for the item to be cancelled and funds repaid and purchased the items the litter box from elsewhere.
I then received the item more than a week later and eventually a response email on the same day to tell me it would be delivered.
I will now have to pay to return the item.
I am not at all impressed
