I came to Exceptional AV with a budget, and they exceeded my expectations by offering me an upgrade on the speakers I wanted, and gave me free extra cables bundled in the deal. I ordered the items mid afternoon, and even with free delivery, all the boxes arrived next day at 10am. Tom that I spoke was friendly and very helpful, they are highly recommendable. Looking forward to buying more home cinema components soon !
