I ordered a dress but when I put my bank details through it kept on refreshing back to the page, it then stated my email address was wrong, so I made a new one quickly and still no luck! I then checked my bank and luckily they had only debited 1 payment thankfully. It didn't arrive next day as it clearly states, I emailed customer care as I hadn't received a conformation letter (but they still took the money) they really need a telephone number for customers then again it would be freaking busy... in the end I had a text from the dx saying that my package would be delivered between 8-6 and thank The Lord it finally was!!!!!! Wouldn't shop with them again, all this hassle for a dress? No thanks.
