Purchased a car from them around 18 months ago, now in a position to pay it off it seems that they added gap and warranty after I had stated (and got written confirmation) that they were not required.
My solicitor is now taking the case on as it seems that the monkeys they employ do not understand British law's surrounding fraud and misleading customers.
I look forward to seeing them in court.
