Despite upgrading my postage and packaging to next day delivery free of charge. Both items were severely damaged and despite paying for postage and packaging there didn't seem to be any packaging to cushion the objects.

Please could we kindly ask you to call our customer services team on 0845 1300 818 or drop them a line at customer.services@joke.co.uk so we can deal with the issue, organise to get the goods back for refund or issue replacements if necessary.
Please let us assure you that damage in transit is extremely rare and your case will be taken up with City Link and to our warehouse manager.
