I make a purchase through Groupon but did the order incorrectly through Chemist-4-u. When I realised my mistake I contacted Chemist-4-u, who responded very quickly and rectified the matter. This was done at no cost to myself, even though it was my error- service doesn't get better than that!
On a more general not, this is the second time I have made purchases and goods have been as described and despatched promptly,
I rally cannot fault any aspect of the service (which was both professional and friendly) I received, from the inital contact to the final e-mail advising that my annuity was now in-force and phone call to tell me that my cheque was in the post. I had reason to ring a couple of times with queries and my calls were returned promptly - returning phone calls is something that many companies do not do! The whole process ran very smoothly.
