Off to South America for 6 weeks in the Spring, but hadn't reaised how difficult it would be to get travel insurance. Most annual policies only cover trips up to 31 days, and single trip policy quotes were really, really high. ssential Travel covered us for the 6 weeks in their normal annual policy, which was really good value anyway. Easy to apply online, swift response to our email query. Glad we found them.
