Excellent communications between Orbit and I

I sent them a pic I pulled from Facebook... and it was too small for the size frame i purchased... instead of just printing it anyway which is what other companies have done in the past... they contacted me to let me know... thus the lines of communication were open, and we continued to communicate until the product had been made and shipped to me...
