Had to return an Amazon parcel and had heard bad reports but thought okay lets see. The first time they never turned up and no follow up to say sorry we didn't collect. It is all down to you to rearrange and they do not even respond to the content of your emails. When I asked for a customer services manager contact they just ignored that part of the email and took notice of my rearrangement request. They then didn't turn up for that collection either and I have not had any response to my further complaint as I right. Needless to say Amazon rectified things almost immediately, arranging for a proper company to collect the parcel. You know sometimes you just want to swear and curse? That is why you wont see a contact number on their website. Clueless
