I had made a mistake with the delivery date, and got it wrong by a week too early . When my wife rang to confirm the delivery date she was advised that it wasn't due for another week but was offered a date and time convienient for all concerned. This was very much appreciated as it meant we could deal with two issues on the same day and not having 2 take more time off work despite my error
