Thank you for taking the time to review Battery-Force ltd.

Firstly, we would like to apologise for your parcel not turning up. Your order was placed last Wednesday 5th December and handed over to Royal Mail that same day, so it is currently with them at the moment. Royal Mail allow 1-4 business days for 1st class items to get delivered, as this is out of this timescale we can arrange for another copy of your order to be sent to you. I have already sent you an email asking if you could confirm that we have the correct address details for you. Once we have received this back we will send the replacement items.
