ordered a washer, got delivery date and 4 calls to say on way - then final call washer damaged and would be re-ordered,no re-order done after checking 3 days later, ages on phonbe to customer services who were unhelpful, had to repeat same thing over and over. eventually after no promised call back i ring again and go through whole saga again with a different person, washer is re-ordered and promised delivery again, in the meantime price had increased told them not paying more as it is their fault, couldnt get answer one way or other what they were going to do about this. low and behold on checking order today prior to supposed delivery in 2 days time their order status says cancelled - now i havent cancelled this item, i have had no email or call ref this. rings again and this time lady very helpful but a little too late.
tells me washer is damaged again (probabaly same one trying to palm off on methat was damaged 2 weeks back). in the end told them to cancel this order and will not recommend or use VERY.com again. Very bad service. Intend to tell everyone about their shoddy practices and would advise you to steer well clear of this company.
