I booked online last Thursday to have my two front tyres replaced on the next day, a few hours later (after they'd taken my money (£180)) I received a call to say they intact couldn't carry out the work until the following Wednesday. They're only excuse was that the website was faulty.
The manor of the man on the phone was a complete "I don't care" attitude, I asked for a refund which he said he'd process immediately , but would take up to 7 days!
I booked into a local garage to have my tyres fitted and they charged me £80 cheaper than kwik fit could offer for the same quality tyre.
Come Monday still no refund , Tuesday still no refund. Tuesday night around 5pm (convienently when they close) I recieved an email to say my refund had only just been processed and my take another 7 days!!!! I emailed them again to ask why this had only been processed 6 days after I requested it, and have yet to receive any reply from either email.
Appalling non existent customer service, I ignored warning about how extortionate and useless this company is , how wrong I was.
It's now a week later , I'm still waiting for my refund.
Will never even consider using them.
