Not on time

after being told that the courier would arrive between 0800 and 1700 i took the day off work to wait for the their arrival. When 1700 had passes i phoned the help line and after waiting for 20 minutes to get through i was told that the courier could arrive between 0800 and 2000 and this was not what i was told initially and then all the person did was to offer to re-book the courier for another day. Not sure that many people can take two days off just to wait for a courier but when i explained this they again offered to re-book the courier. Then after coming off the phone the courier arrived and said he would never have been here before 1800 so not sure what has gone wrong there. After this experience i will think twice before using this service again
