Unacceptable cursive printing

This is my second time ordering from this company and love that I can personalize products but when I received the last product I ordered I was very disappointed. The cursive print was broken. I called customer service and they are not replacing item since that was what was shown in the preview. Well at a glance of the product I just looked up the spelling made sure I spelled it right. I didn't realize I had to make sure the way they printed the letters were not going to be joined correctly. This "was" a gift but it looks tacky. I'm extremely disappointed and was surprised that they would sell something that's not printed right. When ordering you need to really look at the font they will be using and not just the spelling.
