a bitter transaction leaving me feeling robbed, will be taking this so much further if not rectified.

dvds i purchased from £12-18 are only worth 30p on magpie?! including £40 tv show boxsets, bit disgusting.
but was desperate to raise cash for my wedding so went ahead anyway.
sold over 100 dvds for agreed price of £91,
packed dvds up and due to magpies weight restrictions, i packed them into 2 clearly labelled boxes.
after a few weeks, recieved £60!!!
where is the remaining £30,
i will never use this service again and unless this matter is rectified soon with an apology, i will begin legal action, and as ceo of a registered, award winning film company, will use my own influences in public media to share my experiences to ensure music magpie stops playing a literal magpie to unsuspecting customers!

Hi Shaun - your order total was for £68.95, and £4.67 was deducted from this because a number of items had damaged artwork, and others were not sent at all. The £90 order you quoted was an old order of yours dating back to 2010 which was paid for in full on 9/7/2010. Many thanks!
