Tyre Shopper

On this occasion,very poor and unprofessional.

Ordered tyres, which were shown as in stock, payment was taken, appointment agreed and e-mail sent confirming all details. The next day they phoned and told me that the tyres were not available and offered an inferior alternative at the same price stating that there were none of the required tyre in the country. However they are still being offered on their website!
On contacting a local supplier I was able to have the required tyres fitted at the same cost as on the website. So much for none in the country!

After receiving an apology via Trustpilot saying that this happens sometimes, I rechecked the website and the tyres that are still unavailable are still being offered for sale, make of that what you will!

This is such a disappointment as my previous experience was good and I said as much, but I now see another side and feel Tyre Shopper need to look at updating their website when tyres are unavailable!

Noted, we are looking at a complete update of the site now as we speak to ensure suppliers can 100% delivery of the tyres.

Tyre Shopper has access to multiple suppliers. On most occasions tyres are delivered on time for the fitting, however of occasion they can not be supplied, this is rare but does happen.
