I completed the online section of the transaction (Sunday evening) and chose a Wednesday am. to have my tyres fitted. I duly arrived there, Wednesday around 09.30hrs only to be told that due to the lack of staff I probably wouldn`t get my tryes fitted until about 13.30hrs. This was no use as I had to start work at that time. I told the person at reception that if he could give me a time either on Thursday or Friday between 09.30hrs and 13.00hrs to have the tyres fitted, then I would be there. I was then told that he couldn`t do that. His only suggestion was for me to come to the Aberdeen depot on Saturday at 08.30am. on a first come first serve basis. I haven`t even got my tyres fitted yet and this has been a bad experience, if I hadn`t paid for them up front, I would go elsewhere, this is not the way to treat customers.
I don`t think I`ll be a returning customer.

If we are understaffed then the branch should obviously make you aware.
But what they should not be doing is treating you as if you are a second class customer.
