Easy and good value although seem to lack customer care.

I was very happy with the tyre shopper purchase and fitting but less so with a lack of customer care. The tyres were the cheapest I found even when I compared like for like. The website was easy to use and the installation of the tyres was no bother at all. My one complaint is an email I sent to them last week has gone unanswered. I dont like it when I spend money with a company yet they cant even reply to their customer. Had they replied they would have had full marks in this review. Makes me wonder what would happen if there was a problem.
