Its definitely safe to say that Hermes provides the WORST delivery service ever!!! Who in the right mind would ever, attempt to deliver a parcel, supposedly leave it in a 'safe place' and not leave a 'attempted to deliver' card at the letter box of someone's front house? Is it possible that Hermes do not posess such a thing as a 'attempted to deliver' card for their drivers? Or not even posess paper in their delivery vans? Surely they do not expect everyone to track their parcels every second of everyday? Well if that's the case, then please get some actual caring numbnut who has some say over the image of the company and improve the delivery service because it is truly CRAP! If you were like everyone else, then I would rate better.
Unfortunately the parcel that I ordered the item off has received some grief from me and do blame it on yourselves for the poor service, but also apologising for your horrid delivery service. As well as this, it is the Christmas period and possibly the most important time of the year for everyone to receive parcels on time, or better even earlier!
Thats my wrant over, most importantly Hermes, do the right thing and improve your service? Maybe make several changes, you'll lose your clients in due course if this isn't done at some point...
