"I very rarely EVER write a negative review. I figure that things happen and life will go on so I try to focus on the positives and spread the word about the great things that companies are doing BUT NOT THIS TIME> EXPANSYS has the WORST customer service I have experienced in a LONG TIME! They took an order for an item that they stated was in stock and available. The day the item was supposed to arrive, I get a message that it is on backorder. OK, so things happen. I get it BUT why did they wait until the date it was supposed to arrive to inform me that it was not available. The worst was the interaction that continued from there. It was very obvious that they could care less the situation that they put me in. I can understand things happening but when you have to deal with blatant ignorance and indifference, it is clear that they are not serving of my business. What a shame. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! It was worth the extra $25 I paid to go purchase the item from a professional company that stands behind what they promise their customers."
