Great tiles and price (shame about delivery!)

Bought 8 boxes each of 5 different colours - only one colour not on the palette. The replacement was despatched immediately and was there in 2 days but there were more damaged tiles in these 8 boxes than the other 32 boxes put together.
Shame as love the tiles, really good price and helpful staff sorted problem. Bought from 3 different suppliers for this project, two missed items off the palettes and had to resend. When will internet companies get their packing sorted? A real problem when builders etc involved...

Mixed feelings...

Well, the product (now we have the correct one) looks good but;
Delivery of the both the initial incorrect radiator and its replacement arrived outside the 12-16 slot. We were waiting to take the correct one to Norfolk - literally with car packed having phoned the delivery company - 18.15 is NOT 12-16.00 and I had someone waiting here at the correct time...
Your rep that phoned about the incorrect delivery did not know I had already e-mailed the Alex e-mail address, likewise I wanted written confirmation that I was to give the delivery man back the incorrect rad but did not receive a response to my e-mail...
However, all the staff I spoke to seemed most efficient and courteous, and even the late delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful... Just unfortunate that by the second delivery date (after waiting for the item to be in stock) time was crucial and so particularly marred my opinion - shame this is the first of 11 radiators needed!

I am sorry to hear your mixed reviews about our service.

Firstly, the delivery windows are given by our courier companies, so these are out of our control at Geyser. With is being the period in the run up to Christmas sometimes the pre advised delivery windows were missed slightly.

I am Alex the General Manager. Often in the past, customers have emailed me personally, but as I am running the business I don't have access to email all day like the sales/after sales teams do. Therefore I have now removed my direct contact details off the website, as customers were emailing me direct too often and awaiting a response. This has worked much better now.

I hope you have the confidence to purchase from us again in future.
