GOOD QUALITY , EXCELLENT DELIVERY.
GREAT QUALITY SINK AND TAP ONLY PROBLEM IS THE TAP SUPPLIED IS UNSUITABLE FOR USE WITH THE BARLETTA SINK . THE REASON IS DUE TO THE SHAPE OF THE TAP SPOUT IF NORMAL WATER PRESSURE IS ON THE TAP WATER SPLASHES OUT AT THE FRONT OF THE SINK SOAKING THE USER,
EXCELLENT DELIVERY.

Thanks for your review mail about the basin and tap combination.
The tap is designed to go on the Barletta basin supplied, and is one of our best selling combinations. The point you make about the water missing then basin when on full, is resolved by reducing the pressure to make this work is the exact correct way when fitted.
Normally done with the cut off valves with side taps on them... to lower the water flow… as in this way the tap can be connected to all installations with minimum pressure of 0.5 bar upwards to high pressure..and allow a good pressure through into the sink without over splashing..which is as it is designed to operate.
Sorry we were not made aware of the problem when your basin was installed, so we could advise at the time but as above, the Barletta basin and Low Rise Mono Mixer Tap have been one of our best selling combinations for many years and the level of flow when on full can be adjusted to suit as described.
