Excellent Customer Service

I ordered, and received some bulbs almost 1 year ago and there have been some faulty bulbs. The first failed after 5 moths and was replaced without question. A second has just failed and was, again, replaced without question.
I returned the failed bulbs, using prepaid postage labels supplied by Lightbulbs Direct, and received a phone call a few days later to confirm they had been received and that the failed bulbs were part of (what has now been identified as) a bad batch and that if I experience any further failures (only 1 original bulb left) they'll replace the failed bulb.
I am delighted with the service I've received and next time I need more supplies will be visiting them again.

I understand there was an issue with the new bulbs you were using. Our suppliers are pretty good at helping us resolve problems quickly and effectively. The greatest test for any product is always the customer even after manufacturers have completed theirs. I am glad it as not put you off and hope we can help with other energy saving options in the future.


Goods not available elsewhere delivered reasonably promptly - suits me

We have been unable to find Johnsons Foaming Handwash (for children) for months so after a google search I stumbled upon OCP. Other sites listed the product but with no stock.
I ordered several to keep some in reserve and I didn't have to wait too long for delivery (can't remember how long it took but didn't need to chase the order).
