Both my orders arrived when they said they would, probably a bit earlier. When I exchanged a jacket for a different size it was easy to do and the replacement arrived quickly. Also If you have a query and leave a message outwith opening hours they do get back to you. And the sizing guides on individual brands are good too. Altogether a stress free experience.
