This review email came 2 minutes after the reply to my complaint so bad timing. I waited 16 days to get a mirror which was supposedly in stock and rang 3 times to find out where it was, I got apologies off customer service but nobody ever rang me back like they were supposed to. When we arrived to collect it, we were told go upstairs and sign for it, then when we came back down it was just propped up against a unit, its a big heavy mirror and we were offered no assistance whatsoever, it was 2 men in the shop and they just watched us struggle. I complained and the response was poor, just sorry it took so long next time it won't and you should bring someone with you to collect things!
