I have always found customer service we have received to be prompt and friendly. Over the last few months we have had a change in the management of our building and the service we receive has improved even further. It is great to see how members of Regus staff are being managed. People who lacked confidence are now being encouraged to take more control and have been given training and guidance. Thus increasing their confidence and ability to succeed. The management style that has been implented from my point of view has improved the environment we work in. It is a pleasure to walk into the building every morning to be greeted by smiling faces.
