I ordered my item on 6/11/12.They responded with an email saying my item was dispatched and would receive it on or before 13/11/12.That day came and went so I tried to phone them numerous times,nobody answered.So I sent an email to them,they responded that there was delay that they were undergoing changes to their system and warehouse and should receive it in the next few days.So on the 30/11/12 I asked for a refund as I was sick of waiting, they asked me to confirm if I still wanted the product I said I wanted a full refund.They said I would receive a full refund within 3-5 working days.Its now 13/12/12 and I still haven't received my refund.I have tried ringing them every day since 5/12/12 but nobody answers your just on hold for 15 mins then the line goes dead.If anyone from myprotein wants to talk to me about this review I would love to hear from you my order no is 5442096.
