Photobox
The best online print shop around
I have used many different companies including Photobox, Snapfish, foto.com, allposters.co.uk and vistaprint and I always use Photbox given the experience. The quality of the prints is really very high, the amount of products on offer is very good - and the Ryan Air style mass sales technique at the end (YES YOU VISTAPRINT!) is just right - not pushy - a level of service that is unrivalled.

Appalling delivery operations - and no communication - cannot be trsuted
I'll spare the complete disaster that has been my experience with Walls and Floors...
Delivery was not made on the initial day, I was asked to call them (no call to say it was not coming - just a text saying "run out of time"), so I rang and was rudely told it will come the next day (having taken a day off work already), next day - no delivery, and what made this worse was speaking to them in the morning to check it was coming - which they said it was, and at the end of the day it was still on the desk in the office! Eventually delivered on the 3rd day and no response from them about the service.
Only interested in the new business and not repeat business - this company will not be around for long

Awful Service - Will surely soon fold
I know 21 days is clear when ordering, but seriously - is this acceptable in this day and age? I can buy something from Hong Kong more cheaply and arrive in 10 days.
The products are OK, but vistaprint is only commercially viable with the offers, the service is awful so I take my business elsewhere. I can't see how a company that was the standard delivery at 21 days can make it in this competitive market. Use Photobox as the quality and service is far better.
