I bought a total of 4 items from Zavvi. The prices of the items I bought were the best I found and all items were despatched and delivered within a few days. Other internet retailers who shall remain nameless let me down big time when i bought Christmass gifts that didn't arrive in time. Zavvi will be my first choice whenever I order in future and I have already recommend them to a few friends.
I ordered 2 items as a Christmas pressent. I had the initial order confirmation but nothing else. so when I phoned to check on the items I was told that one of the items was out of stock so I asked to cancel the order. I was told that I couldn't do this even though the in-stock item still had not been shipped.
Legally I am entitled to a full refund (including delivery charges):

I then recieve and email telling me they have cancelled the out of stock item and when I try to phone them there is no answer.
