Customer Service and get what you pay for.......CHEAP!!!!!!

I booked a hotel and car hire with Travel Republic. When I first booked I thought great price, nice and affordable. As I travel alot I thought this is great and use more often..... So I thought. The hotel was unwelcoming, the room smelt disgusting, I had to leave the window/door open my whole stay, the room had the very strong stale cigerette smell.

Car Hire???? I did not get. All I own is a VISA debit card, but because I did not have a Credit Card I was refused the car and had to sort out my own transport for my whole holiday. Because of the whole extra expenditure the holiday cost me alot more. In total I could have had a lovely NICE hotel all inclusive.

I complained to Travel Republic on my return nearly 2 months later they sent me a letter basically saying, we state this so we are not going to do anything for you. I found the letter rude.

I will NOT use this company again and will certainly not recommend them to any friends or family. The customer service attitude was disgusting.
