I previously left a 5 * review for this company and recommended it to my wife. What a disaster! She tried to order 2 tyres on line on 13/12 and arrange fitting. The webpage wasn't working so she used the on-line support and was given a contact number and was told they could arrange this over the phone. The advisor on the phone told her "we know there is a problem, just give it a few minutes and try again." No help - it still didn't work. She e-mailed their customer service and was advised that someone would contact her soon. More than 26 hours later, no-one had contacted her so she e-mailed a further enquiry and received the same message that someone would contact her soon. They replied to the first e-mail on 17/12 and the second e-mail on 18/12 - both 4 days later than the initial query - this is supposed to be soon??? I don't think so! In the meantime, she arranged for replacement tyres to be supplied and fitted by Kwik Fit and booked it in for 18/12. They telephoned on 15/12 to say the tyres had arrived and could be fitted there and then. That's what I call service! This in no way reflects on the service received by the fitters at National - they were fantastic. National might want to think about how much business Tyreshopper might be costing them - this order was almost £400.
