Placed an order with missguided on 10/10/12 because I'm off on my Christmas night out on Saturday (15/12/12) and decided i deserved a new outfit as a treat... plenty of time to recieve my order I thought! Puts my order through for them to tell me my customer email already exists... Checks my bank to find they have taken the payment TWICE... My missguided account is telling me there is no order... Nor have a received an email confirmation
Not only do they not have a contact number for customers to phone, their emails will take at least 4 days just to reply to with refunds taking a further 7days once your problem has been investigated... The only way to contact anyone is through twitter! Which takes forever to get a response from due to the volume of customer issues. When I do finally get a response I am told my order doesn't exist, even though the money has been taken twice within minutes! And that I need to send an email!
Absolute joke of a company to deal with, maybe if they spent less money doing photoshoots to update their Instagram and twitter every 20 minutes they might be able to deal with their customers better! I'm now left with no order to be delivered and no money... Not only that but they have ruined my entire weekend which has been planned for over a month as I now cannot afford it and have no idea when I'm getting my money back because I still haven't received a reply to my email!
Dire customer service would not advise anyone to waste their time or money on this website!
