No response to emails

I received an email stating that the item I had ordered wasnt in stock, but you were expecting a new delivery within the week. I sent two emails asking for reassurance that I would receive my order in time for xmas, but unfortunately heard nothing back. I have now received my item in plenty of time which is a relief, but it's unlikely I will use your service again due to the poor level of customer service I received.
