Well what can I say? Must be the worst service ever experienced. We had a parcel sent express delivery from overseas. The shipment has been in our country since 11 days ago. I have called Parcelforce and have advised this is due to customs. So how come when I use other couriers sending the same goods it comes through right away? It seems every time Parcelforce handle anything it gets majorly delayed and takes longer to arrive. This has never been explained by the company and I have read many cases like this across the internet and in magazines. The charges put on us seem a lot more than other couriers too. For example we had a £20 item with a £28 charge attached to it. DHL, FEDEX or the like have never charged me like that. I have to say if you're thinking of using this courier think again! AVOID!

I have received the worst customer experience with this company. I asked for them to cancel my order moments after it being made and they did not respond. I am now on my third email to their so called customer services! My bank account has been charged which has caused me to go overdrawn and I haven't even got the goods. This is the third compliant I've made to dv247 concerning orders. First one was because I'd ordered a few items and their website said they had them in stock which I found was not the case when they told me three days later. From the complaints I've read online here it appears they don't carry much stock at all! My compliant before this one was that I had a faulty item and wanted to return it and they responded 9 days later and said a courier will collect the goods from us, it took them over two weeks to arrange this. I should have known better than to deal with these cowboys again. AVOID!

City Link driver did not knock and just left a card outside in the open air so anyone could have just picked it up off the floor. This happened again the following day and manage to catch the driver as he pulled away. Utter disgraceful service, if you want your parcel delivered to your door then avoid City Link. To make matters even worse I cannot read the drivers writing and the card was not completed correctly. AVOID!
