Delivered on time and helped ON A SUNDAY when I had a problem with the kit.

Following a very quick and positive email response prior to ordering an AV package, I went ahead and ordered the kit and was very impressed with delivery time (as promised) and the quality of the packaging ensuring perfect condition of the kit.

The 'Home Cinema Hot Deal' which I chose was great value for money saving me a substantial sum on the overall contents.

During set-up of the AV Receiver, the auto firmware update via the internet failed causing a permanent error on the device. An email late on Saturday evening provided a response almost immediately which was followed by a simple-to-follow guide on the Sunday morning.

This solution worked a treat and all the kit is up and running.
