Before I ordered important items to my business on Wednesday 5/12/2012, I was given the impression that if order is placed before 12noon, there is the possibility of receiving it the same day.
The items were not supplied and I made a call on Monday 10/12/2012 to know why it was taking such a long time to supply, despite the fact that I am located in the same Liverpool city. A staff told me that the person in charge was out and that they would get back to me in 20 minutes.
I waited for one hour and called back, only to be told that there was a sort of loss in transit or translation. However, I was reassured that the items were being dispatched immediately as to arrive soon. "Soon", I was told, but the items are yet to arrive and today is 13/12/2012.
We are both in the same city and items are very important to my business. Customer service is not encouraging.
