Here is yet another company that is quick to take your money and give you a shoddy service. We ordered through a Groupon voucher (big mistake) two calendars for Christmas gifts. Firstly the print quality was terrible, unbelievably dark, so much so that on some pictures you couldn't see the faces!! Secondly it stated that it was a 13 page calendar....WRONG....it's 6 back-to-back very thin pages with a cover. Tried for 3 days to call the so called Customer Service department, and also emailed to try and get a response, but so far have only had an automated reply. I so wish I'd read here first!...ARGGGGGG!


Couldn't get a simple job right

I have used Printed.com several times in the past and they'd always delivered, but it seems like when the goings good, it's good, and when something goes wrong, well the ship effectively sinks. They tried 3 times to print 2 sets of greeting cards for a client of ours, Error 1. they lost some of the artwork, Error 2. they printed the wrong insides on the cards, Error 3. they did error 2 twice!!!! Subsequently we have lost the client as these we're important Christmas cards and they have now missed their deadline. Very poor show from Printed.com with a very lack luster effort to resolve the situation. Avoid!!!!
