Unorganised company, took money before checking product was in stock!

Was not happy with this company. I asked them for a particular trophy that I'd been told was out of stock elsewhere and, having given them plenty of notice, arranged and PAID for it. A week before the trophies were due to arrive, I got a phone call telling me this order could not be placed because it was out of stock. I spent an additional 2 days rushing around to find an alternative company who could do another trophy for me and deliver in time for the deadline (luckily I managed!). Unimpressed that they could not give me this information earlier, and saved me the last-minute hassle.
