Very short unhelpful emails form Support when I asked to upgrade my one licence purchase to two licences.
Saying that I need to purchase the second licence online "just as I did the first" is really not at all helpful. I am also very unhappy that I can not get Outlook installed on my new laptop and it seems that I have therefore wasted this purchase.
POverall I am not impressed and this is the first time I have ever given anyone a bad review.
