The London Pass

One stop sightseeing!

We had a short time to catch some favorite sites. We took the underground to the station that dumped us out right across from Big Ben. Then using the London pass, hopped on the ferry to take us to the Tower of London. We were fortunate that we caught a boat where a crewmember gave us a narrated talk on the way down the river. I knew from previous trips, that the restaurant on the grounds was pretty good. Therefore, on reaching the Tower of London, we used the special entrance for the London Pass and walked right in. After roaming around the area, we took the opportunity to eat at the restaurant on the grounds. Then a short walk took us to the London draw bridge where we used the London pass to tour the bridge and museum. Afterwards, we caught the underground over to the Natural History museum area and had tea at a tea house that had a discount in our London Pass.
