Ordered some presents from a well known sports shop online and YODELS driver claimed to have called at my place 4 times no less leaving a card on each occassion , well after the third supposed attempt I phoned YODEL ENFIELD and complained that the driver had been nowhere near my place and had certainly NOT left any cards , I checked the tracking information today and low and behold the driver claims to have been yesterday and had left a card at the time I was on the phone to YODEL ENFIELD?? I have now been told to collect it from the YODEL ENFIELD DEPOT ? YEAH RIGHT !! The agent on the phone was useless and did NOT listen to a word I said she wanted to tell me to collect my parcel, have told the sports company to keep it and refund me and have explained their couriers YODEL that thier drivers are, liers or just plain disfunctional. Make of this as you wish :)
Yodel management have just phoned me and confirmed the driver had NOT been anywhere near my premises , ((THE VANS HAVE ROUTE TRACKERS NOW)) and happily the driver will be in the managers office when he gets back to the depot RESULT
companies really need to wake up to the antics of YODEL and NOT NOT NOT use them again !!!
