good service, lousy wine

I got a mixed case from them recently. And all excited for getting $100 off the price. I had a bottle of red for company that visited over the Thanksgiving holidays and it was terrible. So we opened another red, and again, terrible. We drank the Shiraz last night and we could not finish our glasses. This has got to be the worst wine I have ever had...to put it in perspective, the Charles Shaw wine, while not always taste-consistent, is always better than the reds from my collection. I am trying the whites now, maybe there is hope they are better. I am working with them on how I go about getting a refund.
