very helpful but not happy with item

bought some heavy duty rubber car mats for a 55reg toyota avensis, they are not a great fit and are badly curled up at the ends, was told it was because they were cut off the end of the roll, very disappointing. They offered a refund or replacement if i sent back but that would be very inconvenient as it would mean being without mats in this bad weather till they were re delivered.
