In my hurry to get the bathroom finished before going away I ordered the incorrect taps. when they arrived I rang Taps and was told the quickest way to get the correct replacements was to buy the correct ones & send the other ones back for a refund, so I paid for a 2nd set. I didn't have time to send them back before I went away. When I got back I rang [name] - team manager - and explained the situation. He refused to give me a refund as I was over the 7 day return period, and didn't qualify for the 120 day exchange period as I had bought the 2nd set of taps. Wow .. I couldn't believe this customer service, the taps were in the original box and had been opened once. It is so easy to take my business somewhere else, which I have.
