Consistantly late

I always try to avoid buying from companies if I know they use parcel force. They tend to be consistently late with deliveries by a day or two and will lie about having tried to deliver to your property on the day it is supposed to arrive with excuses such as can't locate address, nobody at home etc even though you take the day off work and wait in!!

They also dump your stuff at the post office if they call and your not in, which for me personally is a total pain.

Avoid them like the plague.
