Well just sticking to the facts, placed an order on 31/12/12 for rowing machine & exercise bike on free next day delivery, expecting despatch on 2/1/13, chased up by email on 3/1 no response, called UKSI on 4/1 and was told a problem had occured and nothing had been despatched, was promised a call on 7/1 no call received, called them again myself on 7/1 and was told 1 machine out of stock hence nothing despatched, was offered another machine, more expensive, no additional cost to me, frankly had lost confidence so requested credit in full for both machines, received email confirmation of refund on 8/1, awaiting credit on my card but do not expect an issue so overall dissapointing, poor communication, I had to chase - MB
