I ordered £100 worth of clothes from Missguided on Monday, 1 particular item was a dress for a Christmas Ball tomorrow night.
After the package not turning up on Tuesday I contacted Missguided (by facebook and email) asking them when my items would be delivered and that if it wasn't going to be before Friday I needed the delivery address changed as I am going home from University for Xmas.
They advised me they would 'look into this' and to have 10% off as an apology.
(I'm a student and get 10% off anyways this isn't really much help.)
I then received 2 emails advising me there had been a 'technical fault' and that my items wouldn't be delivered until next Monday. (7 full days for what was supposed to be Next Day Delivery)
I then contacted them asking them to change the delivery address to my home address... and to resolve the problem of me not having the dress I needed for Friday. standard reply 10 % off as and apology and someone is looking into this.
Today I wake up with a text message from the courier saying my parcel would be delivered between 8-6. I waited in all day, contacted Missguided to get yet again another 10% off and someone is looking into this.
Having got nowhere with Missguided I called the courier myself to be told that my item was actually missed from the van today but they could reschedule delivery for Friday.
Still no good as I don't have the dress I want, even though I ordered 5 days in advance with Next Day Delivery.
I NOTE THE MONEY WENT FROM MY ACCOUNT THE MINUTE I ORDERED
I'm sick of getting a generic reply of someone is looking into this have 10% off, I've spent 3 days chasing missguided customer service for my order, i've been sent numerous amounts of wrong information about my delivery, they didn't bother to action changing my address before the item was dispatched so I would still be able to wear the dress, I now have to go out and spend more money buying another dress.
They completely messed up my order caused me a lot of inconvenience and now I'll have to pay out even more money. They clearly don't care about their customers.
Worst customer service I've experienced.
Never seen so much bad feedback on their service.
