Terrible - attempted delivery.... yeh right?

Expecting a delivery from office shoes to get an email saying they had been dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday. Was in the majority of the day on Tuesday and nothing - went out came home NOTHING..... looked online and saw it say refused delivery (no card put through). Phoned and said could they try again on the Wednesday and explained its ok to put over the back gate as it is ALWAYS locked and it wasn't a fragile item. Told unfortunately it was too late for delivery on wednesday but would make a note for when it went on on Thursday. Got home from work and again NO delivery. Rang again and explained the whole situation (again), some bloke said he would call me back which he did some 10 mins later. Said he had spoke to the driver and also put a note on the system that it was okay to send out on Friday and put over gate. However, looking on the web system again an hour later and it now says returned to supplier????? Confused..... will be phoning again first thing in the morning!

annoying thing is office shoes are no longer selling the shoe I ordered in the size I want...... frustrated and angry does not describe how I feel.
